picnic & party
We suggest you book your picnic at least 3 days in advance. If you have a last minute booking, we will do our best to accommodate you. (Rush fee will apply)
We set up picnics in Augusta and
surrounding cities if you are further than 20 miles, there will be a travel fee.
50% Retainer Fee paid though
Venmo or Zelle, is required at the time of booking to reserve your date & time.
Remainder of payment is due 72 hours/3days before your scheduled picnic, If you book 72 hours/3 days before picnic full payment will be due at the time of booking.
If you need to reschedule your picnic please contact us 72 hours before your scheduled picnic.
If you need to make a change, you may do so up until the final payment is due.
Weather is out of our control, we will be monitoring it the days leading up to your scheduled picnic and if needed will reschedule your picnic or set it up indoors.
You are responsible for ALL picnic items until we arrive for clean-up. If you wish to leave early or end your picnic early, you must notify us by phone call or text (910-813-1638) 30 minutes in advance.
If you are late to your picnic, we will not extend your picnic time. If you are more than 30 minutes late we reserve the right to pack up your picnic and not reschedule or refund you.
Damage or Loss of Accessories: Client agrees to exercise all due care in caring for, and preserving the property of Lux by Pressin’ Pressure inventory. Clients shall remain responsible for all loss or damage to inventory, up to and including actual replacement value for each missing or damaged item per cost.
We will collect a fully refundable deposit that will be returned 48 hours after picnic to cover any incidentals. Normal wear will not be charged.
We do not offer refunds once payment has been received. If you need to reschedule your picnic, you must do it 72 hours before.
If you decide to cancel/reschedule on the day of your picnic, rescheduling fee is $100.
Adding more time while your picnic is GOING ON is $50 an hour.
